What To Wear Running In 40 Degrees

I’m looking for advice on what to wear running in 40 degree weather. I’m an avid runner and I’m used to running in cooler temperatures, but I’m not sure what I should wear in this type of weather. I’m looking for something that will keep me warm and comfortable while still allowing me to move freely. I’m also looking for something that will keep me dry and won’t be too heavy. Any advice or suggestions would be greatly appreciated. Thank you!
