What To Wear When Running In The Cold

I’m looking for advice on what to wear when running in the cold. I’m new to running and want to make sure I’m as comfortable as possible. I’m looking for something that will keep me warm and dry, while also allowing me to move freely and not get too hot. I’m also concerned about visibility, so I’m looking for something bright and reflective. Any advice would be greatly appreciated!
