The Kyle Peck memorial fund has been set up at Founders Bank to memorialize Kyle Peck who was killed in Italy by a car that ran a red light.  Kyle was there to attend his brother's World Skating Championship.  Please contribute if you can. 

Due to a nasty neighbor, Pets in Need No-Kill Animal Shelter is being forced to close its doors. If you have room in your heart and home, please visit http://www.petsinneedmidwest.org/ to check out the animals they have for adoption.  If you can't adopt a dog or cat, please donate to help them build a new facility. 

Illinois Vest-A-Dog is a non-profit organization dedicated to protecting the lives of K-9 police dogs through the purchase and donation of bullet and stab resistant vests. Price per vest is $825.00.   For more information or to donate (you can donate by Paypal) go to www.ivestadog.org .
